Karnell K4 acquires the majority of the shares of the Norrköpingcompany, Re-board Technology AB

The investment company K4 Sweden AB, Karnell, has acquired the majority of the shares in Re-board Technology AB. The company manufactures and markets internationally an environmentally friendly and unique board material based on cardboard. The company is headquartered and has a factory in Norrköping.

“Re-board will have a long-term owner in Karnell and I look forward to the continued journey as CEO and co-owner,” says Gustaf Redin, CEO and owner.

“Re-board has built a global presence with a niche product that can replace fossil-based or heavy materials with a Swedish 100% paper-based alternative,” says Simon Lönnvik, investment manager at Karnell. “We look forward to working with Gustaf and other employees to grow the business and further strengthen Re-boards’ market positions.”

The transaction will be completed in January 2020.
